-You ( The student/Learner ) must be at least 17 years of age and be in Possession of valid Signed UK provisional of Full driving licence appropriate for driving tuition. You must also meet the DVLA medical and eyesight requirement.
-48 hours’ notice must be given to your Instructor. With less notice the full lesson fee will be charged as this lesson will be difficult to rebook for your Instructor
-Your Instructor cannot be held responsible for test appointments cancelled by the DVSA due to bad weather, sickness, staff shortages or other reasons. Such cancellation are beyond the control of your Instructor and therefore the Test fee for the booked period will be charged.
-You must notify Your Instructor of any matters which affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition.
-Your Instructor reserves the right change the day and time of your lessons .In any event you will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity by; Telephone Text, or E-mail.
-The contract for driving tuition is solely between you and your Instructor. You and your Instructor are responsible for agreeing all matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons.
